Miraak is stealing all my dragon souls

After reading the book Waking Dreams and seeing Miraak, I couldn't absorb a dragon's soul. I killed more than 10 dragons and Miraak took all the souls. Is this supposed to happen? How do I start a Single Player - Multi Player game with a custom map in Starcraft II?

This may sound a little bit silly, but I can’t seem to find how to do this. Single Player -> Vs. A.I. seems the way for single player, but then I can’t find a way to select my map. I only see a list of blizzard maps. If, on the other hand, I start a multi player, I get all the ladder nonsense. I can create a custom game (or play cooperatively) but then again, the map selector list doesn’t allow me to “move” to a different folder; I can’t find the maps in the starcraft folder either…. I am aware that some games, (like the early Final Fantasy titles, Disgaea) which are on PSP (more appropriately, PSN) are later versions with a small amount of extra content. Normally it is fairly easy to find this information out with a bit of searching.
